 Creating Web Pages When choosing a website-creating platform, I chose Wix. I chose it as I saw the potential of creating the artist's website I had envisioned. I started by choosing colours that I thought correlated with my music videos, such as blues, as I needed a sense of synergy and branding. This also allowed me to add my artist's logo at the top of the page, next to the given navigation menu.  I also added in section background drops of waves as a few of my scenes are on the beach and I saw this as a sign. The blues of the ocean and the sky related to my synergy colour of choice. The first recognisable feature of my home page is the website header video which consists of short clips of my music video to tell the storyline and engage the audience immediately.   My home page has my main artist image next to a brief information column to fully introduce the artist. About Page Born and raised in Santa Barbara California, known as Cali to the gyallies. I grew up in the city, so you could say I'm a city girl at heart. I grew up with my dad in a 3 bedroom apartment and one of them was dedicated to my music studio. I've always loved and adored music and it has always been a dream of mine to share it with the world. I have chosen to use Wix to create my website as it is easily accessible and allows me to have creative freedom which is very useful for aesthetic purposes.
